He wouldn't let me move back into the Youth Center. [ Shrugging a little. But that reassures him, and the worry smooths out to be replaced by the largest grin anyone could possibly be wearing. ]

So it's all cool and nobody's like missing limbs or shit? [ Good. ] My dad's okay, right?

Yeah! Yeah, dude, of course he is. [ Scott looks worried, and puts his hand on Stiles' shoulder. ] He was kind of more worried about you.

Everyone's fine. Everyone except Gerard. And, um, Allison's mom. [ Scott glances away for a second. ] And we don't exactly know where Boyd and Erica are, but Isaac told me they wanted to leave, so...

[ He breathes out. His dad's fine, Derek hadn't lied but now Scott's here to prove it, he feels better. ]

Yeah, I heard all about the clusterfuck of a future. Derek's crazy at keeping secrets. He could've broken the space-time continuum but nope, he still lets it all slip.

[ Beat. ]

You mean Derek told you what was going on? Seriously? That must have been a new experience for him. I hope you got it on camera.

I talked it out of him. [ With his mad skills, yo. ] And the world didn't end, so we're all good, mostly.

Right. Except for being stuck here in the place with no name, with Derek. That doesn't sound like a party.

I can't believe you've been stuck here all this time on your own. [ He looks kind of worried. He didn't even know you were in trouble, man. ]

Yeah, it sucks.

[ Can you sense how much it sucks? He's good at being a happy person but when you put it like that -. ] I miss you, man. And I miss my dad. And my room. And the internet.

Dude, you don't have the Internet? How do you play World of Warcraft?
