When you think of Derek, do you get a boner? You want to have sex with Derek right? And do all this other stuff. It might be all you think about. That's what it was like with Allison. I wanted to be around her and help her and save her and love her. All day. But, I don't think about Isaac like that.

It bothered me when Isaac and I were weird here. And I felt kind of like I'd lost when Isaac came back and still went with Derek. You remember how angry he was? Or maybe you don't know but he was really angry with Derek. But, then he was angry with me for going with Deucalian and abandoning him. And knowing that I caused that.

I'm still worried about him. And sorry. And I want to see him and make him feel better. And hang out more now but he'll probably want to hang out less. I like Isaac as a friend. A really close friend who I'd give my life for that I want to be happy. Whether it's with Allison or...

No? I thought so. But, I know feelings are more than just boners. I don't know. No, I can't say hand on heart that I wouldn't want to be with Isaac.

[ Stiles listens, and he holds back the half a billion slightly sighing noises he might make because he can't stop making sound. ]

But I know you're not serious, Scott. Because we've been doing that for years. If Isaac doesn't know it's a joke then it's not a joke? For him. And if that's what happened then you're gonna have to realise you accidentally led him on? Not that you meant to, but that's a douche move.

But, I don't know if I did. I could like him. My mom wasn't even surprised when Isaac did that on the network. She thought I liked him back already. What if me liking him came out differently than when I liked Allison. [ God, Scott, we established this, they're different. He pauses for an absurd, grounded statement. Because he needs to stop foaming at the mouth. ] Lydia told me to date them both. [ A beat. ] But, she also said you can date someone to see if something's there. And even if I want to see, I told him there wasn't. And pushed him into Allison's arms and now he's not talking to anyone. Isaac never puts himself out there. He finally does and I do this? I couldn't think about it? Or say something else?

He's pretty cut up about it.

[ Because Stiles lives with Isaac, he's seeing the aftermath. And he gets both sides, he does. Scott never really means any harm. But like he said, Isaac put himself out there. ]

Seriously, he hasn't even spoken to Allison since. There's been no running or pushing or whatever, he's just stayed in his room. I tried talking to him but he's not having it. [ A pause. ] I don't know, Scott. Maybe you should talk to him? Tell him that you're this confused? He was trying to sort out his thoughts - maybe you should too.

[ He bets. He's not proud of any of this and he feels horrible. He never wants to bring this out in Isaac. Never. ]
