[ He wonders what it would be like to have that level of safety in his life. ]

[He whispers it, carefully.]

[ Heart beating too fast. ] Okay.

Breathe.

[ Inhaling for a minute. ]

Okay, sure. I'm just panicking here a little. Like a bite makes such a difference to our lives.

[He puts his hands on Stiles' back, to make sure he's breathing]

Do you want it?

[He won't force it]

It wouldn't change anything. He still wouldn't -. [ Heart pounding. ] I can't.

Breathe.

[ Faint. ] I'm breathing.

You're going to pass out.

[And Derek will catch you.]

Nope, see, breathing.

[ Deep breaths, he's totally got this. ]

[He nods]

Better?

Yeah.

[ They're so close that Stiles can't help but stare at him. ] Better.

[He moves back, giving him space]

[ Shaking himself off. ]

So, sleeping right?

Get some rest. We'll figure it out.

[ Shoving his hands in his pockets. ] So I'll uh - I'll see you tomorrow?

[He says it and leaves to go to his own bedroom, to sit and breathe in the smells and try and sleep]
