[ All he knows is he's warm and feels totally fine wrapping around that dead weight. ]

[He snorts once and...is that Stiles he smells? He jerks awake]

Stiles? Stiles, wake up!

[studmuffin]

[ Jerking to being awake, leg kicking out and hitting Derek in the shin. ]

Jesus Christ, what?

Why am I in your bed?

[studmuffin]

[ Rubbing a hand over his face. ]

Uh. [ Then: ] You were a kid? You fell asleep.

[lupusalpha]

[He's getting up and reaching for a shirt; the one he was wearing it definitely torn]

In your bed?

[studmuffin]

God, make it shady why don't you?

[ Huff as he sits up. ] I keep you entertained for two days and you make me out to be a creep.

[lupusalpha]

I don't think you're a creep.

[He runs a hand through his hair]

It's okay.

[ Shrugging. ] It was fun.

[lupusalpha]

[He sits there, silent for a minute]

You could have pawned me off on Isaac.

[studmuffin]

Dude, you were scared of Isaac.

[ :| ] I'm sorry, but I'm not about to hand a freaked out vulnerable kid off to someone who doesn't really know how to watch his mouth. [ Holding a hand up. ] And shut up, I know I run mine off, but you were asking for your family.

I had to keep you distracted.

[lupusalpha]

[A pause]

Because he smelled like wolf, and I didn't know him, right?

[He looks over at Stiles]

Thanks. For not telling me.

[There's something sad there, for a moment. A piece of Derek he doesn't show anyone]

[studmuffin]

[ Fingers twisting in the sheets. ] You thought I smelled like Pack, but Isaac didn't.

[ Which is kind of - well, his life is weird and after everything Scott and Isaac have been talking about he's trying not to read into things. ] Besides, it wasn't hard. We played video games. You showed me your epic leaf jumping skills. I had fun, you had fun, we can never speak of it again.

[lupusalpha]

You do smell like Pack.

[He rubs his face a little]

It's okay.

[ Staring at his back for a moment. ]

[He turns and nods, but he's already heading to his room and his own bed.]
